About Footprints Northwest

Footprints Northwest was formed in 2007 by Gill Raine MCIPD.  Before forming Footprints Gill has had a 20 year career in HR and training, ultimately becoming Head of People Development for a large international financial services organisation, where she was responsible for people and organisational development activites for all UK divisions of the company.

To ensure that Footprints can provide a seamless service to our clients, or where projects require specific or specialist experience within a field or industry, we work with a number of talented associates, all of whom have operated at a senior level within their field.     

Our associates' skills and knowledge spans the whole HR spectrum and between us we can demonstrate a wide range of experience - from setting up and running shared service environments, implementation of HRIS and learning management systems, design and delivery of performance management and improvement programmes and project management of organisational restructure and change programmes - in addition to our talent management and development offerings.
