At certain times we all need an independant and impartial 'someone' to talk to and help us see through the maze that is real life. This may be coaching, or developing skills to get to the 'next level'.  Footprints Northwest was born out of this belief.

I have spent the last 18 years working within the field of training and development, specialising for the last 10 years in supporting new and experienced managers to develop their management style and skills.  My clients would say I have an open, direct and honest style and I often uses a range of psychometric and personality assessment tools to help managers to build the full picture before deciding on the right course of action to help them develop. As a coach I have worked with many managers in both the public and private sector and across a range of industries from retail, to insurance to the NHS.
