This testimonial has been provided in support of a sales development programme designed and delivered to a new business development team. The programme brought together all elements of the sales process into a number of development activities which were delivered as a mix of interactive workshops and 121 coaching. The development activities culminated in two teams engaging in a 'virtual' activity that took them through the entire sales process and saw them competing to win business to a 'real' client.
